Project background.

RVG are a retirement villages operator, managing 16 sites in some of the UK’s most sought-after locations.

Motionspot were engaged to support their refurbishment programme, to upgrade apartments to be both aspirational and accessible.

Project scope.

As part of their refurbishment plans, we worked with their team to create a layout and product mix to suit their modernised apartments. Key to the retrofit brief was including products that offered adaptable, future-proofed living with a contemporary look. Our experts specified products for kitchen, bathroom and living areas that perfectly matched the style and budget of the refurbishment project.

Our designers also consulted on interior finishes, lighting and acoustics to ensure the space offered the necessary support for the widest range of cognitive, sensory and physical impairments, including dementia.
